I've opened up various tickets on the same issue of being locked out of my other Etsy account and needing to contact Etsy to get back into it, but every time I get a response from Etsy support, it's this same response:
"Thanks for writing to Etsy Support. I know it's important to receive a quick response to your questions and concerns, and I am very sorry for any delay.
Since you wrote to us, you may have already resolved your issue. If so, there's no need to respond to this email or take any further action."
I reply to these emails but never hear back. It's truly ridiculous that this is the only way to access Etsy support. Please help.
do not open new tickets, or the old ones are closed, and the new ones get the auto-response, and go to the bottom of the pile,
Just keep responding to the ONE open ticket, that you still have problems
As above, you must reply to that generic email/canned response from Etsy even if it doesn't address the issue. If you don't reply they close it.

when you look at it... are the items still listed?
does it say vacation mode or no longer selling on etsy?
@johnsvintagecloset did you try to contact support through the Help Center in the forums. The bottom of the page click on Contact Etsy.
What is the name of your other shop. You are supposed to add all shop names and user names in all public profiles.
When you return the email are you explaining in more detail what the issue is?
