I just wanted to mention that my store dispatch time is being affected by a order I had refunded -of course I did not add the dispatch time, as this was refunded before being made.
Please could you help me rectify this? The policy states that:

Did you cancel when you refunded? If not, the order will still show as not dispatched.
We can't help you change it - it's only other sellers here.
You have to Cancel the order. Go to the order page, click on the 3 dots ... and select Cancel. You will also get your selling fees refunded to you when you cancel (and the buyer cannot leave feedback after 48hrs which is the time the cancellation takes).
