Re: Customer Service stats.
Just today I noticed that on my computer (Etsy website) my Case Rate Stats shows as 1%, but on my phone (Etsy seller app), it shows my Case Rate Stats as 100% for 365 orders... I've uninstalled and re-installed the app, cleared my caches on my phone, and it still shows 100%. I hope this isn't impacting my views, which are already WAY down ( since I had to remove shipping to the USA for now...) has anyone else had this happen?
