Etsy Seller App redirects me to Google instead of showing stats

Hi, in the Etsy Seller app, when I try to access my stats (such as favorited items, items in carts, and best sellers), I am sometimes redirected to Google instead of seeing the information within the app. This doesn’t always happen, but it occurs frequently. On the web, I also can’t see this data. What is causing this issue, and how can I fix it? Thank you

I use the app all the time on my iPad and never encountered that problem. Try uninstalling and reinstalling.
