Etsy Seller App notifications - no sound!

I have just started using the Etsy Seller App on my iPhone 8. And activated the required notifications (More> Notifications). While I do get the text notification indicating an activity/ sale etc, I am not getting the sound notification (ka-ching etc). Earlier I had the App on a Samsung Android phone and would get the text + sound notifications. I am fairly familiar with my iPhone settings and have gone through its various settings to figure out if anything else needs to be enabled, but am not able to resolve it.

Can someone guide on how to activate the sound notification on an iPhone for any Etsy seller App activities?

Go to settings, find the Etsy app in the list, click on notifications, and then make sure you have sounds turned on there.

You're selling numerous movie posters and sports posters with names and "Celebrity poster" tags. 

I couldn't find any licensing information in your listings.

If you don't have a license, it's IP infringement, and we are not supposed to help a shop like this.

You can try reinstalling the app as that might help. Also I think phone and app should be latest version of software.
