If a customer's name is written down as Mr, Etsy Royal Mail labels seems to cut them off when printing the labels. For example, I have an order for a Mr and Mrs, and it has just cut off the Mr and just reads ''& Mrs XXX'' This is not a good look for sellers and can give the impression to customers that we are not competent in writing addresses and does look quite unprofessional. The address also excludes other information from the addresses too, which could cause a delay to the customer. Why?
Can someone from the technical team solve this asap please, and sort out the sizing as these labels have also been stretched since changing the small letter labels from the usual landscape to portrait?
