Etsy Removed one of my listing I don't know the reason why they removed my listing need help...

As I can see my listing was deactivated as an violated policy for children and loose fittings , but the similar listing I can see many sellers are selling on Etsy .
The product deactivated was ROBE , the ROBEs are meant to be loose fitting and there are hundred of sellers selling it in same way.
The main problem is, it is affecting my Etsy standards and also it comes with a warning if it happens my account will be suspended and I cannot afford this as I am full time Etsy Seller and I do not want such issues affecting my shop.
Can any one explain the proper reason for deactivating my listing and help me out and please take actions on such issues.

Well, it's just your fellow Sellers here in the Forums.  * edited - I see you are selling other items for children.  There are so many laws regarding children's clothing - especially sleepwear, I would not even venture to try.  Just my opinion.

You can attempt to dispute it by contacting Etsy Support - or maybe you have the Chat option on your dash.

If it was hooded and had a drawstring that could be it, but even "hood" in conjunction with childs clothing could get a preemptive robobot delete. Guilty until proven innocent.

I was wondering if kid's robes were allowed to have a belt like the adult robes do. I honestly don't know, but they may consider a belt similar to a drawstring (or may not since it's not near the neck, I really don't know, it was just my first thought).

Just because you see similar items sold by other sellers doesn't mean those items are Etsy-legal.  Anything marketed for children have really strict laws, and Etsy falls on the overly-cautious side so they don't get sued.  What you don't see is all the listings Etsy removed last year, last month, last week.  You listing came down today, tomorrow, next week, and next month other listings will be removed.  

Etsy isn't likely to weigh in on this one.  Just move on.

I found similar photos on another site. Not sure if they were stolen photos, this happens a lot,  but just very similar models and clothing. They may think you are a reseller. If you are actually embroidering these, show some pics, fill out your about page so we know!

Be aware that you could eventually have other listings removed.  The dropdown menus for the robes and other apparel have options to buy them unembroidered.  If you're selling clothing blanks that you did not handmake or design and with no personalization, then it's considered reselling.

other etsy (and internet) sellers using the identical stock product photos.... might be a problem in the future?
