I am on Etsy Since 2020. I am a fashion designer and I am working with my small team to produce my dresses from scratch. I had to pause working for almost 2 years during my pregnancies. Now when I restarted my business I saw that my dress designs are all over the internet stollen from different people on Amazon, Aliexpress, and more different websites. I posted my dress for the first time on Instagram on 9 March 2021. Later on it became viral and a lot of instagram pages stole my images and videos. I reported them all for intellectual property infringement and instagram removed them all, some of the pages were even disabled. I would expect the same from Etsy. I am ready to provide all kind of proves that I am the original designer of the dress and the photographs and videos also belong to me. When I try to contact the Support they send the automatic email which is not solving this problem. Please someone from Etsy contacts me.
I would like to add that I am not expecting Etsy to remove my photos from other sites. I am expecting from Etsy to not disable my listings because they are seen in other websites. I want to go on selling my dresses on Etsy. I am the original authentic designer of the dress but everyone exept me can sell it. It is ridiculous.
