Etsy Photo Editor Freezing

The Photo Editor on Etsy (I am on a MacBook Pro) glitches frequently. It freezes randomly, and I lose my entire listing, having to start over, as there is no way to back out. 
Is anyone else having this issue?

There are technical issues which are affecting various aspects across the entire website. Etsy is aware and in the process of implementing a fix. I suggest doing something else for a couple of hours.

It’s not like it happened one day for a couple hours. It’s still happening, but I’m not that affected because I save my listings as drafts and then if it freezes when I go back into edit I don’t lose anything. 

The photo editor is a convenience, I don’t have to use it. I simply like it because when I download my photos to Etsy, the temperature and the exposure changes. H that has been an issue for years. So having an onboard editor seemed like a great idea. 

The exposure and temperature change issue has been ongoing  for years. So be able to change it on the platform would  be helpful.
Etsy has constant glitches,  even like this  forum, right now it doesn’t work correctly. I am replying on the app right now, and it is giving me a 1/2” wide box to reply in. I would never be able to use Etsy if I stopped for a couple of hours for every glitch. I just want to know if anyone else is having this issue.

Yes, has happened twice this morning. lesson learned. will not use this feature ever again. Just lost an hour of time over this. Not reliable.  Ugh!

Time you can’t get back. It worked fine several times, so when it happened the fist time I thought it might have been my internet connection. But when it happened a week later, I new it wasn’t. Because I lost the listing like you did, I save the listing to drafts before I use the editor, that way my work isn’t completely lost. I still use it and it still freezes BTW.

It’s happening on shop pages as well.  You get stuck on their page or in an area of it.  Have to close page to get out.  Sometimes I can’t remember the name so I can’t get back.  I came to see if others had the same problem.  Both issues are terrible for shops.

Hi. It happened to me too. If you refresh the page you are on, it will work.

It has been freezing when I try to turn off ads, too.

I am unable to crop my videos anymore for some reason. The editor tool doesn't work at all for me, it is like I click the button, and it does nothing.
