Etsy Paused my Shop

Etsy paused my shop due to unverified taxpayer details. But I have a banner on my shop that stated information has been verified. Due to my shop being paused I am losing a ton of sales and customers. Can someone help me get my shop turned back on or know what to do.

You have no payment options available.  Are you sure your banking and cc information is up to date?

I have had an Etsy store since 2018 and orders coming in until 5:30cst on 1/15/2024. Then I received an email stating that my shop had been paused and put on vacation mode without my knowledge for unverified taxpayer details. I have went into my shop it states that it is verified. So I try to upload the documents again and now states that I have tried more than 5 times but I have not tried 5 times. I am so frustrated as I do not know what to do and I can not receive any orders at this time.  There is no way to contact Etsy directly to get the issue resolved.

Looking at your shop, there may be other factors at play in your case.
