Etsy Live Support Chat is not working

Hi all, 

I was chatting with an agent on Etsy support live chat and suddenly no response and now I can't reset the chat to open a new one.

I've been waiting for my bank account verified and it's been more than a week with no response. I got orders and need this payouts confirmed before proceeding.

Verification is not done by Etsy. They have contracted with Persona to do that. Have you tried contacting Persona?
