Etsy Live Chat - where did it go?

I am a star seller and usually see the Etsy live chat bubble on my screen - never really needed to engage it until now and it is no where to be found!  My computer went renegade on me a few nights ago and updated and rebooted my MS software...could this have caused the disappearance?

I'm not seeing it on my Shop Manager now - probably after hours.  Check back later tomorrow morning.

The Star Seller chat available from the Shop Manager isn't 24/7.

But if you go through Help and get to a contact page there, Chat says it is available 24/7.

For example, at the bottom of this page, it has a button "I Still Need Help".  Click that and the page it takes you to will have Chat.
