I’m reaching out because I am experiencing the same issue as @madebysandyy, and I’m hoping someone can help or share any solutions.
I am a seller based in France, and I have been selling on Etsy since 2021 without problems. However, since OCT 2024, Etsy has been holding my earnings with no clear resolution.
The problem :
If anyone has experienced this and found a way to resolve it, please let me know. Etsy needs to take action and properly assist its sellers.
I would really appreciate any advice.

I don't have any answers but if you have not been getting deposits since Oct, then I'd deactivate ALL my listings so they can't be purchased.
There's no way I'd have items available for sale if I wasn't getting deposits for a few weeks let alone for 5 months.
Don't start multiple help messages to Etsy, keep replying to the same Etsy bot reply that "I STILL NEED HELP" every few days and hopefully a "human" will finally reply back but it might take weeks or even months.
If you start multiple help messages the old ones get closed and the new ones go to the bottom.
Same thing happened to me in October 2024. What I did was change bank accounts several times and double-check that the format of my name (including spacing, capitalization, middle name, etc) matched exactly across my Etsy account, bank, credit card, and tax info. I finally received my missing October 2024 funds in January 2025.
And this is now the case for my other shop PrideForAllKinds:
Everything was smooth in January, but now it seems to be happening again. My Feb 13 payout still hasn't arrived, and I haven’t received any funds since then. It’s already the 5th business day. Support told me to wait until Monday, so I’ll just do that for now, but I have no idea what the issue is anymore.
I suggest staying in touch with the Etsy specialist assigned to your case and continuing to reply to their emails to keep the communication open.
Thank you for answering. I'll check again all my informations.. But it worked last year. Didnt change a thing. This is so weird.
Also my etsy specialist (do you mean the chat ?) isnt answering anymore for 1 month now. Last person didnt close the chat and now i'm into the void and no ones see my message now
If your chat is "frozen" & not answering messages now, you can contact support via email & ask them to "close" out your prior chat so that you can use it again. Other sellers have been able to do this by sending a short & to the point message request to get chat unstuck for them.
If you have an email from Etsy, reply back that you still need help.
Chat is not available for financial information. They have to refer this to a specialist.
And did you check your credit card? And is the credit card a reloadable card? Etsy does not allow reloadable cards any longer as the primary card.
