Vacation Mode

Hi Everyone,

For some reason Etsy put my shop on vacation mode and I cannot get a response from them for a month now on how to get this changed. I did everything on my Dashboard, and all of my tax and finance info is verified. In addition I don't have any outstanding balances. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

you should check your email. They probably want a copy of your ID
