I have had HUNDREDS of complaints from customers because the email link Etsy sends the to "download your digital items" takes them to the Etsy App... which does NOT allow downloads!!
Even when I try to tell the customers they have to log in through a website, many of my customers are seniors and do not understand the difference between the app and website. PLUS going to the website, it sometimes redirects you to the app. Again it does NOT allow customers to download digital files!
Etsy needs to fix this! Thank you!
