Etsy Developer - Error page when creating app

"uh oh a stitch has gone awry. please try again later" appears when completing app creation. I've been running into this issue for days creating an app for my Etsy store. Is this something that is being worked on? Deleted my cookies/cache and used a different browser, no luck. Replied to my email thread @ #20306697 with Etsy Support, haven't received a response. thanks

@GoodMerchStore: Use the link provided by @Amaradorn  Whenever we have had an issue with our in house app using the Etsy API we have always had a reply. Our experience has been that it may have taken several days but the response was from a knowledgeable human
