Anyone have any tips on how to get a resolution with Etsy's customer service? I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get assistance from customer service and I NEVER get help. All I get is automated responses and no one actually reaches out or responds. Even the chat feature I type in a questions or request support agent and the automated chat isn't working. I've sent dozens of emails trying to get assistance on why my deposits have not been made in over two months and have had no luck. I just had to put my shop on vacation mode yesterday because I can't keep filling orders and not receiving my profits. I posted a comment on this forum a couple days ago and they closed my post down saying they'd reach out to assist in private and I still have not received anything. I don't know what else to do I need an actual person from Etsy to help me and I've done everything I can think of to do to get someone's attention with no luck.
