I have been trying to reach customer service today and all I get is "Whoopsie" try reloading. This has been many attempts. I have an ongoing issue. Part of this issue was resolved overnight. Now nothing. Did Etsy take the entire holiday weekend off? I have been waiting now for complete resolution for over 24 hours. Etsy - "Do as I say -- Not as I do".

I'm not always an Etsy cheerleader, particularly where customer service issues exist. But I would certainly hope Etsy gives employees time off, particularly on holiday weekends.
Etsy customer service has been down for years.
No. I spent 1 hour on the phone with them yesterday. I actually only had to wait 1 minute for the call. Today nothing though.

I was able to "chat" today with Etsy CS ... I don't know if this person was an actual Etsy employee or just a hired agent, but I don't feel my issue was handled appropriately, or even remotely solved to my satisfaction. Anytime someone hangs up on me --without even trying to resolve the issue, or escalating it to someone else who can solve it, or even asking if there was anything else they can help me with-- does not bide well with me. Honestly, I felt his actions were rather rude, and I made sure to leave feedback about it! Rather than trying to solve the issue at hand, I was told "it's not an Etsy issue" and was given a link to an Etsy page that is not even remotely related to issue at hand, and was told to contact Google. Basically I have a listing that is not indexed on Etsy and therefore cannot even be found anywhere on Google ... I proved it to the agent and he said to contact Google and then hung up on me! Um, isn't that what sellers pay YOU to do?!?!
The seem to be working. I got a call back this morning.
