All my active items disappeared one week ago. When I choose active listing. It will shows me “ you do not have any active listing “. Sold out and inactive keep normal. But if I choose show all, it includes all active items. If I click these active items in all listings, I still can see that edit page, but it has a dark red line on the top showed “unable to load item”. In last week, all my items can not be seen by customers. I can not sell anything. But I do not know how to deal with it.
Your shop appears empty ... not sure what the deal is. You also have no policies, no about page visible either. Not sure if that's part of the problem or you haven't set them up. Usually there is payment options visible if you don't have policies but you haven't got them either. Etsy usually takes away payment options as part of the process for closing a shop. I'd be contacting Etsy asap.
Did you have your shop on vacation previously? Sometimes when turning vacation mode off the listings do not reactivate correctly. You could turn turning vacation more back on briefly, then off again to see if that fixes it.
If you can access the missing listings in your listing manager, try deactivating them, then reactivate. Maybe do one at a time.
Do you make all the items in your shop? You may have been suspended for not following the handmade policy. Reselling is not allowed (except vintage and craft supplies).
From your reviews, it looks like at least some of your items were not handmade. Not sure on the bracelets as they could be … but the Japanese lanterns and fans look like resell items. Some of those items have been removed from the reviews which can mean, Etsy is evaluating your shop to see if you meet the criteria for selling here. If you can provide proof to Etsy that you actually handmade those lanterns and fans, that might help.
The lanterns are also on AliExpress, definitely a resell.
