Etsy Chat?

Does Etsy chat even respond anymore?  Their service has been awful recently.

Hi, I have never had a reason to use Chat, so I'm unfamiliar with how they work. I've seen posts that say the same as you; they were not very helpful. On the flip side, once in a while I do see the opposite, saying they were helpful. Chat is outsourced.

I tried to use the chat function several times over the last two days and it just doesn't work. I get a spinning wheel of death. I finally had to request a phone call.

What is the the request a phone call process. I'm not aware of that.

I've never had chat so don't know.  Considering what I have read in the forums unless you get someone who truly knows Etsy or the question is a simple one, you might get better answers via the forums or email.
