Etsy Chat window will not load

For hours I have been trying to use the Etsy Chat window shortcut listed on my Star Seller page.   The window shows the error message "Couldn't load Messages, Tap to Retry.  Of course, tapping just refreshes the same message over and over.  I really need Chat right now and can't access it from the Help pages either.  I have tried exiting Etsy and logging in again.  No change.

I am having the same issue and see no way to resolve it.  There's no way to contact Etsy support about this and nothing helpful that I find in their help.  Did you ever get this resolved and if so, how so?

My chat seems to be working - it popped up and said "thanks for contacting support how can we help you" - but I noticed none of my previous messages were there - last week they were.

I had this issue since forever. I have also tried different browsers and incognito and got the same result. Unfortunately the callback option is not available for Romania.

@Campiness Try emailing support, that seems like your only option. I would recommend first asking them to fix chat. Once that's done, use chat to ask whatever question you originally had.

Thank you for your message @BeaconwoodDettman! After a few attempts it seems to be working from Brave browser but not from Firefox or Chrome. Not sure exactly what's the problem but it seems to be an issue on my side.
