Etsy has said they will not fix star seller ratings and won't reply to your post nor look into this.
You are missing the message badge.
You should be able to download and find out which message or messages you missed replying to within 24 hrs.

Hello. I have the same issue this month. Stats show I did not get the customer service badge. And, when I look at the ratings below, it shows 100% for Customer Service. WHen I download the list of messages, they are all marked "yes". What is the deal?

@BeadablesByMimi Look at the previous CVS. Not the current one. That will show which ones were missed for the past three months. Chances are since January falls off that you had missed messages in January.
I met that criteria.
I have met all of the criteria, including sales.
@CherryhillStudioClay Which CSV are you looking at? The previous one for Jan, Feb, March which is for April or the current one which is for Feb, March with April not yet concluded?
This is not Etsy customer service, it is a volunteer peer-to-peer forum for sellers. Unfortunately Etsy's CS paid team sends sellers here for assistance. We can't help you, only point you to the data that Etsy provides you on the CSV report.

Etsy fixed my star seller for me for January .. Etsy claimed I didn't enter tracking information on one order (I only ship to US, and use Etsy labels lol) and when I downloaded the CSV file, the tracking field was blank for that order.
I contacted support and they fixed it for me. It took a couple of weeks, but they did it.
As a general rule Etsy will not retroactively "fix" Star Seller Status after they are awarded. If you find an error on their part they may fix that error, and then it will not affect your stats next time around, but they are not known for changing the result for the month already calculated and awarded.
