So My account says it has over 200 available for deposit and hasn't deposited . Last week they said it was because an old account owed .40 cents and I cleared that up and closed up old shop. It says available for deposits still and temp hold of funds under it. I shipped all items . They said last week it wasn't because a reserve or anything. Well now I go to use the chat support and I am talking to myself in there with no answer at all like its stuck. Please how do I contact them to figure out when I will get my money for shipped items???
Possibly because according to your reviews, you have 2 orders that you never shipped!
That was taken care of and because we had a bad storm and USPS lost the packages that had receipts. There is NO reserve on the account even but more importantly the chat with support feature isn't working
