Etsy Chat Technical Issue

Hello, Etsy chat feature seems to have been experiencing technical difficulties for the past few days. I've been attempting to reach out to them regarding an inquiry, but unfortunately, I haven't had any success.

If anyone has any updates or alternative ways to contact Etsy support, I would greatly appreciate it.

Etsy has ended live chat support for sellers per the Etsy agent (Aria) I spoke with. There is a new AI chat bot but she couldn’t find it at 45 minutes on the phone.

Chat can only answer questions that have already been answered in the Etsy Seller's Handbook, anyway, and often they even give incorrect advice. Use the Help-->Contact Etsy link. Although you might not get any help there, either. Etsy support for sellers is practically non-existent. If you need help for something that does not involve finances, we can probably answer your question here, faster.
