I had all but one 5 star reviews, the other review was 4 stars, and I had an average of 4.9. Then I received another two 5 star ratings, and they dropped my average to 4.7, when it should have remained the same or gone up. How do I get this fixed? Thank you.
For star seller it's Aug, Sept and Oct for Nov which makes it 4.9 so far. For the stars overall it is the past 12 months. And iver the past 12 you have some 4 star showing up so that would lower to 4.7 for the year, Reviews drop off for the stars as the months pass.
@WearableArtEmporium: If you click on the 'average review rating' card on your 'customer service stats' page it will show you exactly the breakdown of reviews being used for the calculation.

I'm saying that for Aug, Sept, Oct on my stats page, it said 4.9. I then received two additional 5 star ratings, and they changed that average to 4.7. Something is wrong with the math. I'm comparing apples to apples on my Stats page. How could the average drop, when 2 new 5 star ratings were added to a 4.9 average?

Are you talking about star seller? If so, etsy has said that they will not adjust anything having to do with it.
Even their own errors? They will not correct any errors?
