Etsy CS reply is jibberish

I just got a message from Etsy support that is unreadable. It begins with:

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hi there,</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Thanks for contacting us about </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">... </p><p style="text-align: left;">&nbsp;</p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">

How can I read this message? It's obviously some kind of glitch. I've tried viewing on various devices.

Hmmmm

Just read a post from a seller whose store listings all disappeared.  Major glitch going on??

Not sure how that'd be related, other than Etsy's lay offs of staff.

Re: Etsy CS reply is jibberish

it just the html code that you don't normally see

all text will have information about it's font size, location on the page, style, font etc

it says ...

Re: Etsy CS reply is jibberish

Obviously. It'd be nice if Etsy didn't have these technical glitches, so we can actually communicate with customer service.
