Etsy App glitch when purchasing Priority Mail labels

I purchase shipping labels via the Etsy app. There is a glitch where I'll purchase a Priority mail label, it shows that the Priority label is selected. The next screen shows the cost of the Priority mail label, and then inexplicably, it changes to a Ground Select label when I print it. It doesn't do it every time and I'm not sure yet if there's a common thread to the orders is happens to. I've started taking screen shots during each step of the label ordering process just to verify that I'm not accidentally selecting the wrong thing. Nope, it all looks correct, even saying it will charge the cost of the Priority label! I've had this happen at least 3 times this month (the latest one was a few minutes ago), and possibly another time before that that I didn't catch before mailing. I end up having to go to my computer to cancel the label and then repurchase the correct Priority label.

I am having the same issue and it is so frustrating. I constantly have to refund the shipping label and then for some reason it always works the second time around.

Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.
