Etsy Ads

Hi! I’m a new seller with 81 listings and have been consistently uploading new items over the past few months, following Etsy’s guidelines closely. I also run Etsy Ads with a daily budget of $25, currently promoting 8 listings.

Until recently, my ads were being shown around 400 times per day, but suddenly that dropped to about 50, with no major changes on my end. A few of my listings have been performing well with some organic sales, so I'm confused about the sudden drop in visibility.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there something I should check or change in my approach?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Was the entire ad budget used?  If not Etsy will drop the budget down.  If there is anything else like payment reserve or vacation that can affect the budget. 

The slight boost new shops have may have waned. 

If you ship internationally, you need shop policies for the EU/UK.

@AwkwardDesignsbyAlla: New sellers and listings are given a honeymoon period so the algorithm can learn if anyone wants the items you are selling. It is very possible that your listings are now being shown based on their own merits without the artificial boost and search is using your actual ad click statistics and conversion rates.

Finish your shop, fill policies. 

Profanity in titles may downgrade the listings. 

Etsy doesn't like "sameness", and you use some mock-ups more than once.
