Same here, came to check forums after seeing this issue, in addition to this we have a massive drop in sales for last 2 days. I see others are reporting sudden drop in sales as well.
You can see your Etsy Ads stats, just click “manage advertised listings”, change the listing status drop down to Advertised and the filter drop down to whatever date range you want.
Not just ad stats. I did a search for Pink Tourmaline 925 sterling silver ring (which I have listed in my shop) and went through 30 pages of listings and never found my ring for sale. I have had only 4 views in 24 hours. Something is very wrong and I am not happy! Star seller, free shipping, good reviews, not sure what is going on. None of the listings I looked at have that little icon for ads either. It's messed up.
The Etsy Ads Performance page is not functioning at all. But if you move to the "Manage Advertised Listings" Page you canuse the Filters to select "Advertised" and Date Range and the Toggles on the Columns to see Views, Clicks, Spend etc.
So ... Etsy Ads are working and Etsy is spending our Money, but it is just a PITA to see what is being clicked on and how much we are spending.

I have a new Etsy shop and two older ones, this Vintage Christmas shop being one of the older. Only the newest shop has received the 40% Off Discount offer, a bit frustrating as I'm a star seller in both of my older shops. Why not have this offer for every Etsy shop?! Hmmmm... more Etsy stuff .....! I will probably go for the offer on the new shop, we shall see, if and when this problem gets fixed.
Ditto to all of the previous comments. For some time now when I tried to log into my account, I would put in my account name and then my password and I would get a error message and try again statement. I then would input both again and I was in. I thought this was a security precaution. Then I would go through the captcha log in security concentration game for 20 minutes until I sent an e-mail to Etsy help Wizard s of Oz and that went away. Then all was good in Middle Earth. Came back from vacation mode 2 days ago and removed my vacation statements , which I've done before , I checked my Etsy ad performance and all was good, going back all of this year. Then.....like MAGIC.( 1.) Couldn't log in on my desktop PC. to save my Etsy soul. 2. took me 2 hours to try to (2.) change my password. Dead link! Couldn't log in. I was using Firefox browser since 2015. I thought. Nahhh couldn't be the browser. (I slept on it ) woke up and tried the Google chrome browser. And I was able to get on. ( by the way I was able to log into my account on my smart phone and my tablet, that is how I sent a help note to Olympus, never got a response back though) But now all of my Etsy ads performance stats ( the graph) are gone. Just before the BAD MAGIC started I had raised my advertised listing to a good amount and and received over 4000 views and about 27 clicks about 4 favorites. But now everything is flatlined.
