Etsy Ads stats is not showing up suddenly. Anyone else having the same issue?

Same issue, I turned Ads off to ensure it doesn't eat all my budget until they fix it. I'm also having an issue with the latest review showing the stars and user's profile picture in the Dashboard area.

Same here, which is really frustrating because I adjust my ad spend throughout the day depending on ad performance. Are there also other issues affecting customers because im also not getting sales. I legit thought my shop was shut down lol

Okay, I have this now as of this morning as well. I also got a Banner notice at the top saying Etsy is going to give me 40% off Credit for the rest of September and to increase my Ad Budget by a couple dollars. Anyone else get this as well? What did you do? Spend more or say No Thanks?

yes I have that banner too, I think they programed in the new banner, and screwed up the stats, This has happened before, and it took a few hours to correct itself. I alerted them in chat, and they did not know they had a problem, they thought it was just me.

Same here. Can’t see anything on ads, everything is zero. I don’t see a banner about the 40% off though.  That sounds great, where did you see that?

I didn't get a 40% off banner. I also have no stats unless I manually bring them up in "manage advertised listings" no sales (outrageous on a Friday), very few views and no sales for 2 days.

Yes same here.. I increased my budget yesterday like they recommended  and no views and also they doesn’t show my budget too

I'm having the same issue. I took advantage of the 40% off and then everything broke. And on my other store I did not get that special offer and I still don't have any stats.  No sales today either, I wonder if that's connected to the issue too?
