Etsy Ads problem, 0 visibility at 1000 budget.

I got a very alarming problem, I can see that my organic views is still working but I when I search my best sellers and keywords that I top search at, I cannot see my listings there anymore. I can also see that there were no etsy ad sale since yesterday so it means that 0 stats on my etsy ads are literally accurate. Let me know if I am not the only one who has this and who do I call?

I believe many stores are facing this issue, including mine. As they haven't resolved it yet, some sellers who have fixed it are monopolizing the market.

This is very alarming, I am panicking right now because how will I dispose my products if they will only cater some competitors? I called them, they said it will take a couple of days to fix

I track my competitors' sales every day and I have noticed that their sales have increased while mine have decreased. I am concerned about this trend and I am not sure how Etsy will address this issue. If this continues, it could have negative consequences for all of us.

I can see my competitors too are enjoying the monosearch. They are feasting now. I hope they will give us a better answer on this or atleast help us with our problem.

You can't call Etsy. They do not publish a phone # anywhere.

Any phone # or email you find through Google/Bing etc is FAKE.

If you want Etsy to contact you, you have to go through the help pages on your shop manager.

I called them, no solution too but they are fixing it, i can see i am not the only one who has this problem, but it seems to be unfair that only a selected sellers are only affected, I hope that they will boost my store once it got all fixed to better compensate me for my loss during the fix.

How did you call Etsy?
Etsy does NOT publish a phone # anywhere on their site or online. (I mentioned this above).

You can ONLY request a call back from Etsy through the help pages > contact us section. 
Etsy will call YOU back, you can't call them.

If you found a phone # online you were not talking to anyone at Etsy.
You were talking to a scammer pretending to be Etsy.
