Etsy Ads listing stats showing different number of clicks

Hi there, 

My Etsy Ads stats show a difference in the number of clicks a promoted listing receives. On the  Ads performance page, the listing shows 95 clicks for the last 30 days. But when I look at the detailed stats I can count 25 clicks only. I contacted Etsy Support in May but have yet to receive a response with a solution. Anyone has had the same issue and been able to find a solution?

Yes!! I have been dealing with this for almost 3 years now. Writing to them for help almost every 6 months and this is what they say to me. It still hasn't been fixed and I'm certain it isn't widespread enough for them to fix it. But it's nice to know I'm not alone! This is the latest response they gave me. I'm very disappointed in them not taking this bug seriously. This problem is not just for the clicks section for me but also the orders and the views. Until etsy techs decide to fix it there is no solution for us that are affected by this.
