Etsy Ads Not Generating Any Stats Despite Active Budget

Dear Etsy Support Team,

I am writing to report a critical issue with my Etsy Ads campaign. Despite having an active daily budget of $300 and promoting 63 out of my 216 active listings, my ad dashboard is showing 0 views, 0 clicks, 0 orders, 0 revenue, and 0 spend over the past 30 days (8 june  – 14 June), as shown in the attached screenshot.

It is highly unlikely that such a high-budget campaign would receive zero activity for this long without any technical fault. I have already confirmed that the ads are turned on and properly configured.

Kindly investigate this issue and assist in resolving it as soon as possible. I am concerned about potential missed opportunities due to this problem, and I would appreciate your urgent attention.

Its a known issue, at the top of the ads dashboard I had a banner show up saying they are trying to fix it, that was yesterday.

Same here and the banner at the top of the dashboard has now been there for a couple of days, wondering when it might get fixed?

For 2 days the same issue continues. I wrote to the support line and they said they would inform me via email, but I have not received any feedback yet

@TajhandicraftGifts  You should see a banner at the top of your Ads Performance.

"We’re actively working to resolve an issue on this page. Your ads are still running, but performance stats may not be current. Some stats may be available depending on the timeframe you select."

You're showing in search results and it will not effect you receiving orders from ads.

I am able to see them though, when I go down and click say 'yesterday', as it shows then the items, clicks and cost per click.

Same! Etsy support says they are working on a fix but this has been happening all week. I requested a refund for my ads this week and was told no. 

paying for services we don’t receive is very frustrating. 

this has directly impacted our sales for the week.
