Feeling very frustrated. I've been an active loyal seller for the past 5 years. I updated my Legal and Tax Information back in January and it was successfully verified as confirmed by various Etsy customer service reps. Everything works on my account. Still receiving orders as normal. But for some reason, my account glitched out. Etsy Ads has been broken and stuck on the message "Your Shop Needs To Be Active To Start Etsy Ads". I've contacted and called Etsy support various times waiting weeks for help, every time they said a specialist would reach out and to be patient. They first said they were transferring me to the engineer team, then the legal and tax team. I did wait a couple weeks. No one ever reached out and I checked the support requests, turns out they got closed out of nowhere and I was left ignored and helpless. Now I keep trying to reach out again with some hope a specialist will finally reach out. I just want to be able to run ads again. I can't believe I've been waiting almost 3 months for this issue to be fixed even though I've made a constant effort to try and get some help. Not sure what to do anymore.
Because of this, I have not been able to invest a marketing budget into my store resulting in reduced sales and increased competition. I'm also an Etsy Plus member, so I have not been able to use the credits included each month
Such a strange glitch that I feel like even Etsy is having a hard time figuring out the cause of it.
