I have the following message… last thing I did was upload a product about 3 hrs prior to this happening. I don’t use anything like VPN or anything out of the ordinary, just a sky hub for the internet and no special set up or anything. I can’t access anything on my laptop, iPad or hubbys computer. I can access the seller app from my phone but that’s it.

This was a bug happening to many others over the last week and there were quite a few threads about it, and I am not sure what is being done to address it
Ahhh ok, thank you. It’s frustrating when I was trying to update a few photos and tidy up a bit. Hopefully someone will know how to fix/work around it
You're welcome! Hopefully an Etsy mod will pop in and comment here, they often monitor the tech issues board
I hope so, I’ve put countless hours into my shop. It’s so stressful at times
Did you try the usual? Clean out cache and cookies? Update?
I know there were issues but I don't recall them matching what you are describing.
It could be your ISP.
I did that on the laptop where I was sitting doing some paperwork in a different tab. Was just about to share my new listing and when I clicked to the tab it came up with the blocked screen. Got hubby to try on his PC and the same thing happened. Finally went to my iPad and boom
I can use the seller app on my phone and the Etsy main app. I searched for one of my listings and can see my shop is still there. I’ve rebooted the router about 8 hrs ago as our internet was being sluggish, I’ve been on Etsy on and off this afternoon so can’t be that I don’t think.
I’m baffled
@StefBennettArt Did you check to see if that is your IP address?
How do I do that? Thanks too
*edit - just logged into the router and it is
@StefBennettArt here's a forums post. It sounds like you're having the same issue.

@StefBennettArt You're IP address is in your network settings.
Thanks, I edited the post, hubby said it’s not then said check the router haha. It is our IP
@StefBennettArt try this:
don't submit feedback or click on anything.
Scan your computer and clear the cache & cookies. Restart and it should fix itself
I’ve clicked and refreshed loads eek. Also have the same on my iPad, don’t know how to sort this out. What a stress
@StefBennettArt In the other post ,the forums manager says to do what another seller posted: Which is:
"don't submit feedback or click on anything.
Scan your computer and clear the cache & cookies. Restart and it should fix itself"
Just cleared everything on the laptop and shutdown. It’s restarting now. Got to be our ISP as hubbys a seperate acc
@thatregina Can you please help this seller with this glitch that we recently had?
@StefBennettArt I just copied the forums manager on your post to see if she can help.
It’s worked! I shut down and counted to 10 rather than a restart. Not sure about clearing the iPad to sort it out but I’m off to google that. Thanks so much for the help everyone
*edit - my iPad just refreshed and it’s fine.
@thatregina They solved it. You can disregard my previous post. cc: @StefBennettArt
Can a moderator please help?
This is the second time in 10 days my shop has been blocked by your ridiculous AI thing.
Says too many clicks blah blah and all I was doing was looking at stats and checking my latest statements. How am I supposed to run a business with this bug? It’s absolutely crazy, there must have been at least 20 seconds between clicks.
Pulling my hair out here, seriously need to rethink this shop
@StefBennettArt It may be your ISP or browser as sites step up verification. The last time I had trouble with Etsy was over 5 years ago but at that time many had this issue of being kicked off. I haven't seen many threads about this happening.
I would check your ISP and your browser set up to see if that is shutting down so quickly.
Have you contacted Etsy? Received a reply back? If so then reply back that you still need help.
@ModAngie @ModKenneth Would you be able to help? Thank you.
Just scared to click anything to look through my stats and finances. Looking at MadeMe and SumUp shops, not paying these fees to get zero support when you can’t access your own shop. So frustrating after all of the work I’ve put into it.
@StefBennettArt: While this problem might be the result of a misconfiguration on Etsy's part, the 'Something about the behaviour of the browser has caught our attention' has been reported for at least three years and has sporadically affected many other sites and all browsers. Have never seen an actual solution but presumably the root cause is the detection mechanism being used which is probably some third party service like Google reCaptcha.
In addition to the stated possibilities in the alert, it may be triggered by your IP address suddenly being on a 'naughty' list, by an extension in your browser including ad blockers, how your browser is interacting with JavaScript, and / or some combination of the above.
Im using an iPad and don’t have any browser extensions/vpn’s etc. I’m off today & trying to reorganise and add new listings and lo and behold, one refresh of my store and it’s blocked again.
Im trying to access my privacy policy and tweak and tidy but can’t access any of it. It’s ridiculous, I’m honestly so close to giving this sh*t show up!
I believe it’s a stupid bug that needs sorting, sick of the fees to get no customer support. Just frustrating beyond belief
