No warning no email explanation nothing and I'm not able to contact Etsy directly via message, email or phone.
I have no policy violations, all of my info is up to date, etc.
I have been selling on Etsy for 10 years now and it is my sole source of income.
It's imperative that I get this resolved ASAP.
What do I do????

My shop was put on vacation mode two weeks in a row for 48 hrs. Just like everybody else, no explanation. I emailed them but received no response. I also didn't receive a payout last week and the one this week is scheduled to be sent next week. This is so unfair!
The problem was promptly fixed yesterday
I think I know what's going on...
Click through all of the pages in the "Finances" section of your sellers dashboard and there should be a notification there prompting you to verify and update your personal and tax information. You should of also received an email (probably 10 days ago) titled: "You'll need to confirm your seller info within 10 days". At the end of the email they wrote:
"Keep in mind: If you haven’t confirmed your info within 7 days, you won’t get paid for your sales until you confirm your info. After 10 days, if you haven’t confirmed your info, we’ll put your shop on pause via Vacation Mode. This means you won’t be able to unpause your shop or receive new orders, and your listings won’t appear in search results on Etsy until you confirm your info."

Same here, no detailed explanation, no email, no direct contact, saw our first message tonight when responding to a customer otherwise I would have never know, not sure why., come on Etsy, lets get this problem solved I see others have had the same problem.
Nice! never received an email, and yes! check the junk file too! all bank account has been verified. address and info is all correct. This is not cool Etsy!
Same here. No emails or anything. Got a callback from them and it was some id issue. Now I find my birthday is wrong on my account does absolutely nothing to help me resolve this issue by giving me a non-answer "oh it's in a different department, and they'll send an email." You didn't send me an email in the first place, how am I supposed to trust you to send me an email.
