Esty failing to verify my account info

Ive been dealing with this since the 30th of July. I was asked to further provide info for Identification. I've then provided a photo of the back of my motor vehicle license. Its been over the 5 day period where etsy should have reached out to me and still not one person has told me anything as to why my account has yet to be reinstated. Ive sent a number of emails, without live technical support this is me reaching out for help from the community. Hopefully this message reaches the right people. Thank you

There might be another reason Etsy hasn't reinstated your shop.  ''Infused'' gummy bears that also make medical claims could've caught their attention, too.

Ive seen several hemp based companies listing products, I know im not doing anything that seems unique but I have provided a better price point since I dont have some over the overhead expenses being that im making everything myself. I appreciate the feedback

@GrumpyBearExtracts There are lots of products being sold on Etsy which are against the rules - that doesn't mean they are allowed, it just means that Etsy has not detected them yet.

Probably because it looks like you are selling drugs.

Etsy currently prohibits the sale of the following substances:

• Controlled substances, such as narcotics, marijuana, cannabidiol (CBD), and steroids

Etsy also prohibits products which make medical claims.

To my knowledge hemp oil and hemp infused products are allowed on this platform, anything that is cbd or thc related is not.

Hemp is allowed I do believe but it may depend on how Etsy is interpreting the word hemp?  It does contain trace amount of THC which is one of the ingredients to ge people high,  It has so little that there is no potential for that.  However Etsy usually does not want to monitor so even a trace amount as an edible item may come under their scrutiny.

Help for things like clothing is not something that affects people.

But is that the reason?  Maybe but maybe not.  Is your ID up to date with current address? If not did you supply a legal document with current address and does the form of name match the form of name used in the shop payment account?  Tax information is also needed so the form of name the IRS has for you has to match the shop payment account.  

If there differences that may be the reason for the delay.
