I've recently opened my second store using Gelato as a POD supplier. I never had any problems with my prices changing in my first store so I don't think it's an integration problem between Gelato and Etsy.
I've looked through some other threads and know that lots of sellers have been having issues with their prices being changed, some as far back as last year, but they all say that they could edit the listing back to the correct price (even if it eventually reverted to the wrong price) and that the wrong price only showed in the marketplace but the correct price showed when you clicked on the listing or viewed it in basket/checkout. The issue also seemed to predominantly effect listings for digital products as opposed to physical products like mine.
My prices are showing wrong everywhere and I can't work out why. When I go to edit the listings it shows the correct price in the editor but the wrong one outside of it. I've tried putting a different price in, saving and then changing to the price I want, to see if that would reset it but it did nothing. I've changed regions to see if it was mistakenly adding shipping costs (which it shouldn't as the listings have free shipping to EU, UK and USA) but the price remained the same no matter which country I changed to.
The only explaination I can think of is it's VAT as I'm a seller from the UK but like I said above, this is my second shop and nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I've never lived anywhere but the UK so surely if it was VAT it would effect my first shop in the same way it's effecting my second? Am I missing something really obvious that could be causing this? or is it something other sellers are experiencing?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Your items are listed as shipping from Norway. This is outside the UK and as such VAT is added to the price by etsy, as per UK law.
It won't matter what ships to country you change it to, if you are logged in with a UK default address on file, it will always show the prices including VAT because it detects the default address on file.

Yes, I have heard VAT is what changes how the listing price looks to various buyers around the world. It is weird that your first shop does not have this same issue. BTW, what is your first shop name? I don't see it listed anywhere and it is an Etsy requirement to do so. In addition, I didn't see any UK compliant policies in your shop. Did you know? Without these in place, your shop does not qualify for any seller protection. You can read here about what Etsy requires ... hope that helps!

Thanks for the reply! I haven't listed my first shop anywhere becuse Etsy never prompted me to, where would I do this as I haven't found anywhere in the shop manager to do so. Also I've spent 3 days making sure my policies are UK compliant - the only thing I haven't finished doing is the withdrawal form. I have a GDPR compliant privacy policy and offer a 14 day right-to-return window in line with current EU and UK law. I provide seller information, contact details and am selling physical products so the regulations on digital products don't apply. Is there another requiremtent I'm missing?

Thank you!
I experience the same issue.
So there is nothing we can do to change the price to its original number?
No
You will receive whatever price you set for your item
But as your items are shipping from Norway which is outside the EU (where you are located), Etsy has to add on VAT at the relevant rate for the buyer's location -- in your case, Belgium.
Etsy adds the VAT onto your price but then remits it to the relevant tax authority.
This is an EU / UK law to ensure the correct VAT is paid.
