Another processing time glitch on Etsy's backend is affecting the estimated delivery date. It does not take into account your processing time in the estimated delivery dates that a customer sees on the ordering page, the order confirmation email, and the individual orders for your shop. So the ship by date is after the expected delivery date which isn't possible for items that are made to order. It's negatively affecting customers' perceptions of the shipping timeframe for your shop as they think it will arrive sooner than an order can be made.
