Hello Etsy Community,
It’s been 14+ days since my case was escalated to the technical team about a broken Payoneer link and missing ₹113,271 payout.
I’ve received no response, my shop still says “You need to re-onboard,” and Payoneer has confirmed the funding source is broken and cannot be reused.
Etsy must reset my Payments setup so I can connect a new Payoneer account. My business is on pause, and I urgently need support or visibility.
Has anyone faced this kind of delay from the technical team? What else can I do?
