Error when trying to make a listing

It has been days since I first got an error message when trying to make a new listing. I have been trying to email Etsy for help and I am getting no where.  I have explained what has been happening to many different people.  I gave them screen shots. I have done many different things that I was told and nothing seems to work.  They take forever to respond back. Anyone get an error message like this Error code: EuOiee7Z_tNpPmF1TQHiXxV4O014?  If so what did you have to do to fix it so you can create new listings again?

I will suggest using the copy function and change whatever needs to be changed for the new listing. Click on a similar listing and in the top right corner, use the copy tab.

Thank you for your suggestion. This will help me for now while I wait for someone to give me a way to fix the problem.

I’ve tried this idea of using the copy tab and it’s brilliant. Thank you so much for recommending it. I think it may be invaluable for listing when I get these error messages.

It may "fix" the issue but doesn't "fix" the persistent problem!
