It's been over a month and I'm still getting an error message when renewing listings. When I click renew the box at the top comes up and says Leave Site? Changes you made may not be saved. I have cleared my cache, cookies, restarted computer so I don't belive it's on my end. Please fix this.
Just ignore it. My changes have always been saved once I get to that closing message. Irritating as it is, it's just another one of those "Etsy things"!
Click "leave" and it will save.
It's "normal". It's been going on for months and months.
It happens about half the time I publish listings. They renew just fine after you click the "okay" button.
Irritating, but as with most of Etsy things, the glitch is normal and most likely won't be fixed.
When I get the "changes you made may not be saved" message, I just cancel. Then immediately go back in and try to publish again - and it works fine. This has been true for quite a while. Don't know the "why" of the glitch but my workaround, well, works, so I can deal!
New addition to this irritating message, which still appears btw.
Now there's a second one in a separate box saying "Success! Your changes have been saved" then a choice of two buttons "Keep Editing" or "Update US postage prices"
I'm trying to renew a sold item and I don't sell to the US, so neither is applicable!
It's bad enough getting genuine error messages, never mind misleading messages that appear to mean nothing. Please, please fix this!
