Error when printing labels???

I have no idea why, but when I try to purchase etsy labels it said "no delivery services available" then after a few minutes I entered in information and it gave me all the usual options but then when I tried to purchase the label I got an error that it failed.

Anyone else have this problem?

Same thing is happening for us.  Looking in other chats here, it looks like it's happening to a lot of sellers.

I am unable to purchase shipping labels. And there are others having that problem as well. Must be something sitewide.

Does anyone know if etsy also uses Pitney Bowes? eBay labels are also down and I know they do

I'm having trouble too.  Was not able to purchase labels through Etsy, so bought one at PayPal shipping, now it won't let me enter my tracking info to mark the sale as complete.

I can't renew a listing or put up a new listing, seems something is wrong, keep getting the try again, is Etsy going down?

I can't print invoices.  It goes to the lovely "whoopsie" message.

Use PirateShip if you can't get them through Etsy.

Labels still glitchy though. It told me one failed to purchase so I went to do it again and it worked and then I check completed and I have purchased TWO labels for one item because it turns out it did buy it the first time! Now I have to wait 10 - 14 days to get a refund from USPS

There have been scattered posts for at least a month or so about not being to buy postage to various international destinations through Etsy Labels. During the same time, there seem to have been no such problems with PirateShip, so that seems to be a viable workaround.

Given that PirateShip apparently integrates with Etsy, I might suggest that it would serve well as a first option for buying postage, instead of Etsy Labels.

This has happened to me twice today.  Once I enter the information, the label has gone through fine though.
