Error when listing

I’m trying to work. Second listing I work on has a long error code and says to contact Etsy yea right. So irritating. Anyone else have a problem?

Oh geeze, I've heard of the Error Code, Contact Etsy Banner. I've not received it (yet), but others have. From what I recall, sometimes you have to go back in and check Core Details *(someone correct me if wrong).

If you are using Alt Text, be sure there aren't any apostrophes because that will always cause an error.

No alt text. I’ve checked every detail. Usually if you forget something it tells you to fix it. This is something weirdly different.

I"m re-opening my other shop ( NOT ) - over 100 listings to load and this "Core Details" glitch is infuriating...

Is Etsy Brooklyn actually closed on the weekend ?  Seriously ? Nobody home ?  Not even a MOD to update us ?

I had the same problem with Core Details.

I had it earlier, but it went away and I was able to list.  Very annoying if you have a lot to do though.

Etsy tells me my shop has 700+ pictures to redue to increase visibility. Every listing I take edit with new pictures locks up with the "Fix Core Details" and I can't continue. Of course I can put the listing back up with the original pictures but how am I to correct what they want changed?

This has been going on for at least 8 weeks and the frustration is getting much worse.

I have reported this in the tech issues forum also but no help.

I've changed browsers, cleared cookies, etc., changed computers, and tried the app. Nothing changes. In the beginning I had 3 listings marked as needing their core details fixed. It took 4 days to get 2 back up and 1 is stuck in limbo. What else can I do?

@jjmjewelry: Have you checked to see what is missing from the Core Details section? Depending on when you last edited your listings, the information required in Core Details may have changed.

I've just had an Error code: EuQKKEhP6LL4p7-cieaQJX4LBx5c with a digital item. I saved it to draft cos it was really annoying me, then tried publishing from there and it worked. Hope that helps anyone who has this problem

I've been having this problem since yesterday, I wanted to post a listing and reopen my store after a couple of years. At first, I tried to save it as a draft but an error popped up when I tried the same happened when I tried to publish it, I already asked for help but no answer yet. I really need to post as soon as possible and I'm so frustrated after checking and rechecking so many times that I'm seriously considering going to Shopify. Anybody with the same problem?
