Can't list new items, stops on the “core details" pop-up...

Finally have the time to list some new items in my shop and I cannot get past the "core details" pop-up. Anyone else having this issue? I've tried on my phone and on my laptop. Same issue. I’m on browser, not the app.

Numerous forum threads about this issue. 

Not a solution, just a roundabout: try to use an older listing as a template for a new one. Copy option should help.

I've been doing this for a while as a work around for this issue, the problem for vintage sellers is that you can't always find the correct era, and you can't adjust it in core details while it's down. This leaves us open to NAD cases. I contacted support and they said I'd just need to state the correct year in the description... annoying but that's all we can do.

Yeah, me too. I liked the old version on my phone. Never had issues.

The year that this started 2025 I can't get on do to the core detail on this laptop. And my home base computer I get error codes this all started 2025 I have 20 outfits to get on line thank you for helping me out. LuAnn Lilly ( louslittleladies)

Yes, same with me. I'm having trouble getting past the first page when uploading item details.  I have been copying an existing item and changing details but this is not satisfactory and Etsy should be getting their technical people to correct these errors. Today, I found I was unable to complete the details on the sale items page. I have contacted support several times and the problem has still not been corrected. @arteficeart
