Error saving taxpayers information

i have been trying to update my GST details and it there was an error saving my tax payers information it keeps on saying try again and have contacted to etsy customer support they are also seem to be busy not replying and resolving the issue there is no appointed person who can resolve the issue I guess need to resolve this issue as soon as possible please if anyone can help

It seems like your shop has been removed from Etsy, it this the shop you are trying to update?

I am literally going through the same thing!! I have been suspended now for over 3 weeks because it wont let me change my new tax ID’s!! It keeps saving the old ones.

@sijijewellery  You have no Etsy shop so there is nothing to update!

I do have an etsy shop, i have hand one for 5 years. Its currently suspended though idk how to revert back to it
