Error occurred in order processing and I cannot see the order

Can someone tell me what to do. I had the following message from Etsy yesterday but unfortunately the email I gave was incorrect. I am unable to see the order and don’t want a bad review. I cannot see the order. Below is what I received from Technical support

Hello, Dear Seller. Welcome to Etsy technical support! Your item has been paid for by the buyer, but an error occurred in the order processing and the order cannot be displayed in your personal account, please enter your Ё - mqil in this chat to receive a customized form to verify your store. Thank you!

That was a scam message! Mark as spam.

Do not reply or give your info, it's a scam message so that they can access your account.

Stop right there! Do not engage with this person or click any links. Mark their Message as Spam (so you don't get dinged for Star Seller). They are impersonating Etsy Support. They are a scammer, trying to steal from you. I'm really sorry you were targeted. 
Here is an Announcement (at the top of the Forum).  There also should be an Announcement in your Shop Dashboard, which references an article about scams, from the Seller's Handbook.

Simply mark the message as spam and forget about it.

Unless you have a different issue, I see you have one sale.  The OP was being scammed.

Just FYI.   I think it was yesterday that etsy announced that official messages from them will only appear in the messages from etsy section and will be verified as sent from ets.

Anything that does not appear there is not from etsy and is a scam.
