I've had that happen to me.
I scroll through the listing slowly checking every field. It usually turns out that I've forgotten something ... like quantity or price. Or Etsy has prompted me for something like 'when was this item made'. Sometimes I forget to wait for the pictures or video to load.
Sometimes, reviewing will help also.
It's almost always me although a couple of times I've had to give up and start over.
