Error message on two orders

I just went to print shipping labels for two orders, and I'm getting an error message. The orders aren't showing up in my orders list or my completed list. Has anyone else experienced this? What do I do?

What does the error message say?

Are the orders showing up in your shop payment account?

Do you see anything which states the Orders are being processed?  If they are, that means you can't do anything (Cancel, Refund, etc.) until Etsy payment processing clears.  Also check to see if you have any emails from Etsy.
