I have a customer in the UK who is trying to purchase one of my pdf tutorials. She keeps getting an error message. This has gone on for a few days. Any idea what's happening?
If she is having an issue making the actual purchase, then she needs to contact support. Only they can help if there's an issue with her account or something blocking her from purchasing.
Without knowing what the error message is, or what she is actually doing, I am not sure anyone can really help, sorry.
Do you mean she is unable to make the purchase at all?
If she made the purchase but is unable to download it, it could be because she is trying to use the app to do it. She needs to use a PC to download, or at the very least use a browser on her phone.
